Berwick Memorial Day Parade
Members of American Legion Charles S. Hatch Post #79 and Auxiliary Unit #79 will observe Memorial Day, on Monday, May 27th, with a parade starting at 11:00 AM at the Berwick Town Hall, 11 Sullivan Street.
Following a memorial service at Lord's Cemetery, the parade will reform and continue to the Somersworth-Berwick Bridge where a brief ceremony will be held in memory of those lost at sea. The parade will conclude where it started, at Sullivan Square, with a memorial service honoring Berwick veterans who lost their lives in the Revolutionary War, Civil War, World War I and II, Korea and Vietnam. Our guest speaker is Post Commander Bryan English.
The public is invited to view the parade and attend the observance ceremonies. Should the parade be cancelled due to inclement weather, there will be an indoor ceremony at 11:00 in the Berwick Town Hall auditorium which will also be open to the public. FMI: https://www.berwickmelegionpost79.org/
